March 16, 2012: Early-Bird Registration Ends
Register on/before March 16, 2012, to receive the early bird conference registration rate of:
NVSBC Members Rate $275
Non-Members Rate $325
April 13, 2012: Program Guide Submission Due
Exhibitors/Sponsor/Speaker materials to be featured in the conference program need to be submitted on/before April 13, 2012. There is no guarantee that submissions received after the deadline will appear in the Conference Guide.

May 16, 2012: Buyer Sign-Up Deadline
Organizations wishing to serve as Buyers in the Matchmaking Sessions must sign up before May 16, 2012.
May 16, 2012 Matchmaking Sign-Up for Suppliers
Supplier Sign-Up for Matchmaking Sessions begins.
May 18, 2012 Room Reservation Deadline
The group rate at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino is available until May 18, 2012, 11:59 pm EST.
May 25, 2012 Check Payments Due
This is the last day Show Management is able to receive checks for conference registrations, or exhibit/sponsor package sales. Please contact Show Management for payment by credit card right away. If no payment has been received by the deadline, onsite payment in full has to be submitted in order to participate in the event. Please note: for conference registrations, the $400 onsite registration will apply.
June tbd, 2012: Shipping Deadline
Exhibitors and Sponsors, make sure to ship your items to the GES warehouse to arrive no later than June tbd, 2012. Items received after this deadline will not make it to your booth for set-up on June 11, 2012. For details/shipping labels, please check the Exhibitor Services Kit available in late April 2012.
June 10, 2012: Regular Registration Ends
Register on/before June 10, 2012 to receive the regular conference registration rate of:
NVSBC Member Rate $325
Non-Member Rate $375
