NVSBC Membership Subscription
The National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC), the co-host of this event, extends a discounted membership rate to all VETS2011 Veteran attendees. You do not have to become a member to attend the conference.
It is the vision of the NVSBC to ensure that Veteran businesses are given first consideration for federal prime and subcontracting procurement opportunities because these owners continue to serve their country, putting the security of the United States above all else. Membership is open to all Veteran-owned and service-disabled Veteran-owned small businesses. Associate memberships are available to all who wish to support the NVSBC mission. For further information on membership, please visit the NVSBC website.
When registering for the conference, you may select from these membership options:
- Non-Veteran Sponsor NVSBC Membership - $2,000.00
- Veteran and Service-Disabled Membership - $275.00

Committee Recruitment
All members are encouraged to become actively involved in a NVSBC committee. This may be a collective effort of several members of your company or through your company's primary NVSBC representative. Below is a brief description of each committee.
- BUDGET: Develop annual budgets for discussion with Industry Groups and Board of Directors to insure financial resources are used to provide best value to veteran small business members.
- MENTORING & TEAMING: Develop, assist, and monitor the NVSBC mentoring program of veterans helping veterans, and help members establish teaming relationships with other members.
- OUTREACH & MEMBERSHIP: Develop and implement outreach initiatives to the veteran small business community to grow NVSBC membership. Also, develop products of value for NVSBC members.
- LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS: Keep current on legislative initiatives effecting NVSBC members and develop NVSBC positions on pending legislation.
- MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Develop and implement a marketing program of the capabilities of NVSBC positions on pending legislation.
- COMMUNICATIONS & NEWSLETTERS: Develop a communication plan and vehicles to keep NVSBC members informed of current issues.
- EVENT PLANNING: Identify events NVSBC should either support or host to further the NVSBC mission.
