February 28, 2013: Early-Bird Registration Ends
Register on/before February, 28 2013, to receive the early bird conference registration rate of:
NVSBC Member Rate: $275
Non-Member Rate: $325
April 24, 2013: Program Guide Submission Due
Exhibitors/Sponsor materials to be featured in the conference program need to be submitted on/before April 24, 2013. There is no guarantee that submissions received after the deadline will appear in the Conference Guide.

May 15, 2013: Buyer Sign-Up Deadline
Organizations wishing to serve as Buyers in the VETS Connect: One-on-One Business Sessions must sign up before May 15, 2013.
May 15, 2013: Matchmaking Sign-Up for Suppliers
Supplier Sign-Up for VETS Connect: One-on-One Business Sessions begins. Request your meetings with Buyers on/after May 15, 2013.
May 19, 2013: Hotel Reservation Deadline
Last day to make your hotel reservation at the Silver Legacy Hotel at the group rate of $79.00 (plus taxes & fees) Sunday through Thursday. Reserve your room online or call the hotel directly at 800-687-8733 and reference "VETS13".
May 24, 2013 Check Payments Due
This is the last day Show Management is able to receive checks for conference registrations or exhibit/sponsor package purchases. Please contact Show Management for payment by credit card right away. If no payment has been received by the deadline, onsite payment in full has to be submitted in order to participate in the event. Please note: for conference registrations, the $400 on-site registration will apply.
May 31, 2013: Regular Registration Ends
Register on/before May 31, 2013 to receive the regular conference registration rate of:
NVSBC Member Rate: $325
Non-Member Rate: $375
June 5, 2013: Shipping Deadline
Exhibitors and Sponsors, make sure to ship your items to the GES warehouse to arrive on or between May 7, 2013 - June 5, 2013. Items received after this deadline will not make it to your booth for set-up on June 10, 2013. Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
