Exhibitors: The cost of your booth space includes one (1) Attendee registration. All personnel must be registered for the event as Conference Attendees. Please register your Exhibit staff as Conference Attendees and select Exhibitor/Sponsor as Attendee role.
All booths include an 8‘ high back wall and 3‘ high side rails. Please note the exhibit hall will be carpeted. Exhibitors may order electricity, internet, specialty furniture, etc. for an additional charge through the show decorator when the Exhibitor Services Kit becomes available in late April 2012.
Exhibit Packages are priced based on the current VOSB/SDVOSB status of the exhibiting company. VOSB/SDVOSB companies will be charged the reflected Veteran price for the selected Exhibit Package. This discounted booth rate also applies to government entities. All other companies will be charged the Non-Veteran price.
